ثانياً: استخدام الموقع
- يجب أن يكون المستخدم قد أتم 18 عامًا أو أكثر لاستخدام الموقع أو إجراء عمليات الشراء.

ثالثاً: المنتجات والأسعار
- جميع الأسعار المعروضة على الموقع بالدرهم الإماراتي (AED) ولا تشمل ضريبة القيمة المضافة.
- نحتفظ بحق تعديل الأسعار أو العروض في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق.
- قد تختلف ألوان المنتجات أو تغليفها قليلاً عن الصور المعروضة على الموقع بسبب إعدادات الشاشة أو التصوير.
- جميع المنتجات مخصصة للاستخدام الشخصي فقط وليست لإعادة البيع.
رابعاً: الطلبات والدفع
- تتم معالجة الطلبات بعد استلام تأكيد الدفع الكامل.
- نقبل وسيلة الدفع المعتمدة الموضحة في صفحة الدفع بطاقات الائتمان.
- في حال عدم توافر المنتج بعد الشراء ، يحق للشركة إلغاء الطلب وإعادة المبلغ للعميل.
- يتحمل العميل مسؤولية التأكد من صحة عنوان التوصيل قبل تأكيد الطلب.
خامساً: الملكية الفكرية
- جميع حقوق التصميم، العلامة التجارية ، النصوص ، الصور ، والمحتوى في هذا الموقع مملوكة لشركة أوورسينا لمستحضرات التجميل.
- يمنع نسخ أو إعادة نشر أو استخدام أي جزء من الموقع دون إذن كتابي مسبق.
سادساً: المسؤولية
- لا تتحمل الشركة أي مسؤولية عن أضرار مباشرة أو غير مباشرة ناتجة عن استخدام المنتجات بشكل خاطئ أو غير مطابق للتعليمات.
- يتحمل المستخدم مسؤولية التحقق من توافق المنتجات مع نوع بشرته أو حالته الصحية.

سابعاً: التعديلات
نحتفظ بحق تعديل أو تحديث هذه الشروط في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق.
يُعتبر استمرارك في استخدام الموقع بعد نشر التعديلات موافقة ضمنية على الشروط المحدثة.
ثامناً: القانون والاختصاص القضائي
تخضع هذه الشروط والأحكام لأنظمة دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة ، ويكون القضاء في إمارة أبوظبي هو الجهة المختصة بالنظر في أي نزاع قد ينشأ.
